We perform demolition of structures or only parts of buildings. We can open your walls to fit a new door or window. We can carry out mechanical and manual demolition. We remove roof coverings and roofings. We arrange for the removal of debris and waste to an authorized landfill.

ENVIRONMENTAL CARE: Using the appropriate equipment, we are an authorized contractor for the removal and disposal of asbestos. We hold the ENVIRONMENTAL LICENCE issued by the Ministry of the Environment allowing us to remove asbestos-containing materials from buildings, installations and appliances, in particular, asbestos-cement roof panels and façade claddings.

Excavation work

We have appropriate construction equipment to perform full mechanical excavation of the terrain, excavation for foundation trenches or connection to the infrastructure. We deliver in beads, sand or gravel. We organize drainage. We take care of land-planning.

Concrete work

Do you want a concrete basement? Or just a wall or a concrete slab? We perform mechanical and manual installation of concrete and reinforcements in foundations, walls, ties, lintels, stairs, slabs, columns, terraces or roofs. We use concrete mixer trucks and concrete pumps to deliver the concrete to your construction site.

Masonry

Construction of buildings is our core business; in particular, the construction of new houses and commercial buildings for known customers. We use different types of bricks to build up to the construction stage III or on a turnkey basis. We produce interior and exterior plaster (fine or coarse, mechanical or manual). We arrange for heat- and hydro-insulation of your basement or living space, roof or terrace.

When building an individual house, the entire operation is focused on our investor’s preferences. Together with you, we bring optimal solutions to make your house match your expectations.

Carpentry

Using the DOKA metal framework system, we perform concrete shuttering to achieve fine looking finished concrete.

We produce wooden roof trusses, process rafters and joist heads of eaves (relief optional) and build canopies. We produce tailor-made hay racks and other structures made of wood, arrange the boarding of roof structures, make secondary coverings, install roof ventilation and lathing of roofing systems.

For cutting wooden structures, chainsaws have given way to a computerized CNC line. Fully compliant with the design, a ready-made wooden roofing structure is brought to the site.

Sewerage

We produce indoor and outdoor drains, and arrange for the connection to the public infrastructure. We produce manholes and septic tanks. We supply and install small-size treatment plants in residential houses and deliver rainwater tanks.

Façade work

• We make different types of thermal façades
  We produce both classical and innovative façades by using the latest market-available materials and technologies. The top layer can either be formed as scraped, smooth, moulded or trowelled plaster. We produce combined-panelled façades by using Styrofoam and slatted panels.
• Façade repair
  We perform all kinds of repairs to façades, which include reconstructing and rehabilitating its external appearance, painting the eaves, eliminating cracks and damage or painting it.
• Façade painting
  Over the years of different weather conditions, your façade may lose both its colour and shine. Which is why a mere repainting may bring a nice change not only for the resident but also for the neighbourhood.

Our job is to perform an integrated service including the necessary protection of the area, setting up scaffolding, conducting the repair, and, last but not least, meticulous cleaning of the surrounding area. Roofing work

We cover roofs of residential, apartment buildings, commercial or business buildings, garages or carports. We offer free of charge measuring, advice on roofing and offer you a quotation for a number of roof types:

Sheet metal processing

When it comes to making a roof or replacing roofing, we also take care of the plumbing work. We provide:

• installation of gutters,
• installation of drain pipes,
• installation of roof channels and borders,
• covering dormers by using flat sheet metal,
• installation of snow-guards,
• installation of skylights and light domes,
• making chimney facings.

Joinery

Together with our authorized partners we provide for installation of joinery, doors, windows and garage doors made of any type of material. We also provide installation of floor and wall facings.

Stone-masonry

We fit window sills, install steps and take care of laying floorings. We use natural or artificial stone to cover your floor, walls, pillars or staircases.

Tiling

We tile floors and walls. We entrust laying tiles and stones to our own staff of highly qualified experts who stand out because of their remarkable sense of aesthetics and particular feeling of how to put together ceramics and stone. Through the years of working experience, they have become an indispensable part of our company’s mosaic.

Paintwork

Painting ceilings and walls, windows, doors, railings, facades and setting up all those details that generate the ultimate added value in aesthetics. Performing all the necessary repairs and preparatory work including surface treatment, plastering, impregnating, and the application of the levelling compounds or removing the old wall coverings, we prepare everything for the final layer of paint. We paint wooden eaves on buildings.

Lightweight work

We produce drywalls and ceiling cladding using the KNAUF plasterboard panels system.

Inventories

Your cost planning will comprise the execution and all finishing works. Making an inventory is therefore indispensable for the elaboration of a reliable quotation or a preliminary informative calculation. For the inventory, all those elements required for determining the price per unit of service shall be identified. This makes the difference between individual standards. The inventory is free of charge as long as we are your contractor!
